We do not collect, store, or process any Personal Identification Information (PII) on our own infrastructure. We do not require account registration or the submission of names, email addresses (except for support inquiries), or phone numbers.

B. Sensitive Permissions (Camera)

The App requests access to your device’s camera for the sole purpose of scanning QR codes to facilitate local connection to the MobileHero PC server.

• Local Processing: Image data is processed in real-time on the device.
• No Storage: No images or video frames are saved to the device gallery or transmitted to our servers.

C. Precise Location

This App does not collect or track your GPS location.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

The App integrates third-party SDKs to provide essential functions. These third parties may collect information according to their own privacy policies:

Under Google Play’s Data Safety mandates and global regulations (GDPR/CCPA):

• Right to Delete: Because we do not store personal data or account information on our servers, there is no data for us to delete upon request.
• Third-Party Data: Users may reset their Advertising ID or opt-out of personalized ads via their Android device settings (Settings > Google > Ads).

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information via support channels, we will delete it immediately.
